Day 1
London arrival & Michelin-star dining
Guests arrive in London and are met by private chauffeur before continuing to their five-star hotel. Once settled, the weekend begins with a Michelin-starred dining experience selected around the tone of your group, whether that is a more relaxed dinner at Hinds Head in Bray, an intimate country-house setting at The Tudor Pass in Egham, or a refined tasting menu experience at Latymer in Bagshot. The evening creates a polished start to the Royal Ascot weekend, a time together before race day.
Day 2
Private Box hospitality & Royal Ascot race day
The group is transferred by private chauffeur to Ascot for a full day of Private Box hospitality within the Grandstand. The experience includes a champagne reception, fine dining, afternoon tea, premium beverages and dedicated service throughout the day. Guests can use the box as a private base between races, with access to a viewing balcony for the action on the track and a comfortable setting to enjoy the atmosphere of Royal Ascot together. Day 3
London leisure & departure
